From $75 per month! 1 month is $150, 2 months is $125 each, 3 months is $100 each, and 6 months is $75 each.

Brian developed his own training method applying percentages of reasonable projected maxes while incorporating a gradually increasing range of motion and accommodating resistance for the main three lifts.  He found this form of conjugate periodization to be ideal to prevent injury while making consistent strength increases.

Brian has coached a wide range of clients ranging from national champion powerlifters to business people just looking to get stronger and improve their health.  Whether you’re an office worker looking to get stronger and decrease your low back pain or a student planning to compete in your first powerlifting meet, focusing on the powerlifts: the squat, bench press, and deadlift will make you stronger, prevent injury, reduce your chance of illness and make you more prepared for whatever life brings your way.

Brian’s goal is to help people empower themselves to increase their confidence and improve their quality of life through the assistance of the iron. 

You have the option of working with Brian with face-to-face personal training or with online coaching from anywhere in the world!
